Hill Heights Hotel - Kochi

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff provided exceptional service, especially the Receptionist Mr. Nidhin, who went above and beyond to ensure my safety and helped me explore the area. The manager, Mr. Amanda Kishor, was kind and attentive as well. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with keycard entry for added security. I also appreciated the free WiFi and the convenience of having a restaurant on-site.

Nothing all excellent.

The hotel is located just opposite Wonderla, which was great after a fun day at the amusement park. The room was spacious and had a key card entry, which made things easy. There was also a small table and two chairs, and free WiFi. they had a restaurant service, so we didn't have to go out to look for food.

The hotel's housekeeping service was not up to the mark. The beddings were not clean, with noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets.

The location of the hotel near the amusement park makes it an excellent choice for families. the room was of decent size with a keycard entry system and free Wi-Fi. the staff was courteous and helpful. the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with everything working in good condition.

The hotel's cleanliness standards need improvement, as some guests complained about dirty beddings, stained pillow covers and limited choices in the restaurant.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just across from a popular amusement park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was really good, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciated the good neighborhood where the hotel is located.
